Painter Bros of Westchester is seeking an experienced painting subcontractor or crew for ongoing residential and commercial painting projects throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
- New York State business entity
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Professional painting equipment
- Ability to perform quality prep work and finish work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- References and photos of previous work
Responsibilities:
- Protect customer property
- Perform sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and spot priming
- Prime and apply finish coats to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and exterior surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining Painter Bros quality standards
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
