Commercial Power Washing Subcontractor Needed
Seeking an experienced commercial power washing contractor for a four-story parking garage project in White Plains, NY.
Project Scope:
Power wash all designated concrete walls and parking spaces to properly prepare surfaces prior to the application of protective coatings. The scope includes the removal of dirt, grease, oil, loose coatings, efflorescence, and other surface contaminants to ensure proper coating adhesion.

Required Qualifications:
• Commercial power washing experience (parking garages, concrete structures, or similar commercial projects preferred)
• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's or Trade License (if required)
• Active New York State business entity
• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Commercial Auto Insurance
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Commercial-grade power washing equipment
• Reliable transportation and experienced crew
• References and photos of similar commercial projects

• Thoroughly rinse all surfaces and perform a final inspection to verify they are clean, sound, and ready for the application of protective coatings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site throughout the project.
